After working factory jobs for 20 years I was wanting a change that would be rewarding as well. I learned great (RBT) Registered Behavior Technician skills at Harsha. We care for your clients, like they are our family. I love watching the kids achieve skills they will use on a daily basis. We also have some of the best training staff you could ask for. This is a great place for kids in the spectrum to get the best care. I love my job.

HAC is committed to making clients and techs have a fun safe environment! They are a great company to be employed by. They make you feel like you matter! Great pay and hours!

Overall, working at HAC has been a positive, rewarding experience! The management at HAC does a great job to support their staff. Some of my favorite HAC activities would have to be the carry-ins, Starbucks runs, and spirit dress up days. In my own experience, they have also been extremely supportive in my academic endeavors and recognize the difficult balance between work, school, and social life. Charity, the director, has always been especially supportive. She is very considerate and understands that her employees have lives outside of work. I absolutely love the people I work with as they truly have a passion for their jobs and are making huge differences in the lives of these children. I, personally, have been able to quickly advance through the organization and have been provided opportunities that would not be possible at other ABA centers. I'm lucky to be an employee within this organization and am excited to see where the future takes me!
