This facility has given my daughter special forms of quality of life that public school never could.
If your child needs ABA services, I highly recommend becoming part of the Harsha Autism Center family!

”Posted on Jeanette Price The staff is not on the same page with thing Someone set my daughter appointment and when I called took I found the appointment they did not know who set the appointment so they sent me up an appointment. They did not send me no email like they did the other time so I called thinking the appointment was today But the appointment was the following day so now they got me back on the waiting list so my daughter can be seen the team is not on one when it comes down to taking care of businessPosted on Chris Essex So, our journey with autism has been an experience. It started with feeling lost and not knowing where to go next. A doctor suggested Harsha for my son, who was four at the time. We got him in and things started changing for the better. Thanks to Harsha, we went from feeling lost with our son, to having a solid plan. He was was in the program for a couple of years and it made all of the difference in the world. He couldn’t go to school before, now he goes and loves it. He is thriving. Hannah was his BCBA, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. She created a plan and ultimately got him successfully back into the classroom. Hannah was incredible. Along with Hannah, all of the techs that worked with my son were great. They helped us get our son back.Posted on Natasha Rascon I am very disappointed in the shift in focus at this center. They used to be a patient-centered facility. Now, they are a process-oriented facility (process takes priority above the patient need). The change started over a year ago with a near complete change in staff. Under the newly hired BCBA Hannah, the center has disappointed my family time and time again with unethical practice, outright lies, and choices that put the safety of my boys at risk. If there is another center you can attend, do it! If your child attends here, I highly recommend having a back-up plan (get on a waitlist now for another facility) for whenever they decide to dump and drop your child(ren) via text message with a 15 business day notice--despite having insuramce coverage through 2 more months, which would have been extended with a new plan. Our last parent meeting was on July 20th, and nothing was stated about ending services. We discussed new plans for the services. This is hardest on my boys. I hope Dr. Harshawat hires a new competent and ethical BCBA to turn this facility around very soon. As a note: there are wonderful RBTs and staff at this center, but the leadership is unacceptable.Posted on Jennifer Kirby I enjoy working with this strong team of dedicated professionals. They care deeply about the children and families they serve. They seek to support their teams and make every decision with that in mind. I look forward to their success as they provide services for children and families in need of specialized intervention in the midwest.Posted on Holly Near Posted on dacey blizzard The work environment and the kids & coworkers here are phenomenal. Working one on one with these kids and watching them accomplish even the smallest thing is the best part of the job and I am so glad that I am able to be apart of their future growth. The dedication and teamwork that all the employees have is amazing. I could not ask for a better work family! Everyone was so welcoming when I started and are always so quick to lend a helping hand. I have never worked in such a positive work environment.Posted on Pam Chilton My best move I’ve made by starting a career in ABA therapy. Very rewarding to see the change you make in a client’s life. Friendly and close knit atmosphere with your coworkers.Posted on Bryanna Foster Love love love my job! I get to see and be a part of something huge in these children’s’ lives. I see milestones everyday and love to watch them grow. Management is great and I always feel heard and understood. Staff is super friendly and welcoming . I go home everyday happy with what I doPosted on Chris Abel After working factory jobs for 20 years I was wanting a change that would be rewarding as well. I learned great (RBT) Registered Behavior Technician skills at Harsha. We care for your clients, like they are our family. I love watching the kids achieve skills they will use on a daily basis. We also have some of the best training staff you could ask for. This is a great place for kids in the spectrum to get the best care. I love my job.Load more
